SCOPE OF APPLICATION
Industrial steam autoclaves are used for cooking canned meat, fish, fruits and vegetables, pickled mushrooms, juices, preserves, sauces, cereals, instant foods, cooking vegetables in vacuum packaging, etc.
A steam autoclave is suitable for handling a wide range of containers, including: tin can, glass can, retort packages, doy-pack, vacuum and lamister packaging, and many others.

STEAM AUTOCLAVE PACKAGE CONTENTS:
sealed pressure vessel;
thermally insulated cooling jacket;
reliable closing bayonet mechanism;
swivel mechanism for removing the lid;
set of baskets for a product;
electric steam generator (optional)
thermally insulated pipeline to the steam generator;
control panel with a controller for automation;
automatic chilling system of the product by water spraying with maintaining the water level and pressure.
STEAM AUTOCLAVE OPERATING ALGORITHM
The packaged product is placed in baskets, after which they are laid in an autoclave. On the control panel, all necessary sterilization parameters are set and automatically maintained: pressure, temperature and sterilization time.
Each product has its own sterilization formula, for which the operation of the autoclave shall be programmed.
The sterilization process consists of three steps:
process stabilization - heating to the set temperature;
sterilization (cooking);
cooling.
Starting from the moment the product is loaded into the autoclave, the equipment operates automatically, according to a pre-defined program. The equipment can be complete with a programmer for graphical display of the process on a computer monitor. In addition, the operator can adjust and, if necessary, change the set the parameters with the computer.
The program documents and saves information, displays in the form of a graph on a monitor.

The autoclave operates in a fully automatic mode. The operation of all systems is controlled by the controller.

PROPER HEAT OUTPUT
Autoclaves have the necessary excess power to comply with the sterilization formulas of any canned food (approximately 0.1-0.15 kW per 1 liter of autoclave volume), which allows you to quickly reach the specified temperature conditions.

USE OF THICK-WALLED METAL
Depending on the volume and grade of metal, autoclaves have a body thickness of 8-12 mm, and the lid and bottom reach 16-20 mm.

RELIABILITY OF A DESIGN OF CLOSING OF A LID
Autoclaves have a reliable bayonet lock, for quick opening and closing the lid of the autoclave. The lid is equipped with additional stiffeners and a swivel mechanism.

WELD RELIABILITY
The reliability of the welds for the autoclave is hard to be overestimated. For example, six alternating welds are superimposed on the bottom of an autoclave with a metal thickness of 16 mm and welded over the entire thickness of the metal.

All autoclaves pass mandatory control, which is carried out by independent third-party certified organizations:
- X-ray (ultrasound) quality control of welds;
- check for tightness of welds
- hydraulic tests
- tests of the vessel when completely filled with water and kept at a pressure of 5-6 bar. |

OPTIMAL FILLING OF THE WORKING CHAMBER OF THE AUTOCLAVE
A vertical autoclave has a larger usable volume as opposed to a horizontal one. The baskets of the vertical autoclave follow the design of the working tank, and horizontal autoclaves have dead zones. A vertical autoclave is better to use than a horizontal autoclave with the same volumes.
