The “Tekhnolog” enterprise has for more than 10 years been successfully designing and manufacturing mixers for mixing loose components. Mixing occurs due to multi-directional movement of the oncoming flow (four multi-directional counter- flows). The system also provides for reverse rotation of the screw rod, when all four flows change direction. Due to this, a very high quality and uniform mixing is achieved in a short time (2-10 min).
The device features a programming unit, which set the parameters of the mix cycle.
The mixer can be additionally equipped with an impeller for breaking lumps; an injection system for liquid components and flavors; as well as a heating jacket and a moisture removal system.
