SCOPE OF APPLICATION

The mixer is used to produce:
  • premixes;
  • multicomponent mixes for poultry and animal husbandry;
  • feed, combined feed;
  • vitamin complexes for animal husbandry;
  • milk substitutes, powdered milk based mixes;
  • functional supplements.
  • The mixer has the ability to make moisture (moisture reduction) in the process of mixing to the surface of the mixed products.

    The mixer provides rapid, homogeneous mixing of feed and premixes with the possibility of introducing liquid additives or wetting the mix during the mixing process.

    The working body is a four-band helicoidal screw, which due to multidirectional flows allows for a short period of time to evenly mix multicomponent mixes with different percentages of the ingredients until a homogeneous mass. Reverse function is also provided.

    The feed mixer can be additionally equipped with:

  • a system of injection of liquid components, which allows liquid additives to be evenly introduced into the dry mix through a nozzle by spraying;
  • a turbine, which is mounted on the rear wall of the mixer and it is designed to break up lumps during the mixing process.
