SCOPE OF APPLICATION
Additive rotary-drum mixer is designed for application of dry and liquid flavor additives (spices, salt, oils, flavorants, colorants, etc.) onto the surface of seeds, nuts, flakes, dried fruits, granola and other similar products. It can be applied for coffee and tea blending.
DESCRIPTION AND OPERATING PRINCIPLE
Rotary-drum mixer provides for careful mixing and application of liquid and dry additives onto the surface of nuts and other products. The vessel for mixing is equipped with special paddles which do not mess up the product during the mixing process.
Complete set:
Liquid component injection system (oils, liquid flavorants, colorants, etc.). Liquid additives are measured by means of spraying (nebulization) when the mixer drum is rotated. Additives are injected through the nozzle and are applied uniformly onto the product. Injection system can be equipped with heating system if it is necessary to heat the product in order to achieve liquid consistency. Measuring hopper of dry bulk products (salt, spices, powders, nutrient additives, sugar.). Bulk additives are supplied with a help of measuring hopper by vibration inside the mixer and are uniformly distributed throughout the product. The measuring is adjusted due to vibration degree from control panel.
The product is unloaded by means of drum dumping allowing the complete unloading of the whole product.
All parts being in contact with product are made of food grade stainless steel.
