The product of 5 kg bags set in six mesh cells of the rotor. Close lid and press the button "Start". The rotor is gradually gaining momentum at high speeds there is a separation of water from the eggs. Thereafter, the rotor is braked and stops it. Cover is opened. Dehydrated eggs in bags can be pulled out and lay next to bags of caviar.
The centrifuge can be operated cyclically and easily integrated into a production line.
